Scientific Diving Application

In order to be considered for the Cal Poly Scientific Diving Program, we ask that you please provide some basic information and diving history.

If you are filling out this application for the Scientific Diving Course, the Diving Control Board will review all of  the student applications before making determinations.

1st Responder Certifications
MSCI 410 - Scientific Diving course applicants must have current 1st Aid, CPR and AED certifications. You do not need a current Oxygen Administration certification, which will be offered during the course.
